Q01

How often should an edgebander be serviced?

Every 3 to 6 months, depending on how hard it works. Regular servicing finds wear, alignment and glue system problems early, so the edge quality stays consistent and the machine lasts longer.

Q02

Do you come to us?

Yes. We inspect, service and repair on site, anywhere in the UK. The engineer comes to your workshop, finds the fault and carries out the adjustments or repairs with as little disruption to production as possible.

Q03

Which machines do you work on?

Most edgebanders, including Biesse, SCM, Homag, Holz-Her, IMA, Casadei, Cehisa, Hebrock, OAV and Nanxing. If yours is not on the list, ask: chances are we do.

Q04

Can you help without coming out?

Often, yes. A 45 minute remote support call is £95 plus VAT. Send the make and model, photos, a video and any alarm codes, and we work through it with your operator. If it can't be fixed in the 45 minutes, £45 of the fee comes off the site visit.
